Chauffeurs will meet you in the baggage area at your carousel for Domestic Flights except in the following cities:

Boston Logan

For meet and greets the greeter will be at the baggage claim for passengers arriving flight with name-sign to greet and escort passengers to awaiting vehicle

For all curbside pickups see below

Terminal “A” Continental, Alaska Air & All Delta flights except International
From the baggage claim area exit door that will indicate “limousine stand” and walk across one road way. Your chauffeur will be holding a name board

US  Air and US Air Shuttle (Terminal B Air Canada)
Once you have collected your last piece of luggage, call us at # 631 499-0048. We will then release your chauffeur from the holding area. Proceed to the Terminal B garage, ground level. Chauffeurs will enter the garage and queue up in designated areas.

Terminal “B2″ All American flights except International
Once you have collected your last piece of luggage, call us at # 631 499-0048. We will then release your chauffeur from the holding area. Proceed to the Terminal B garage, ground level. Chauffeurs will enter the garage and queue up in designated areas.

Terminal “C” Jet Blue, United, Cape Air, Midwest and AirTran
Once you have collected your last piece of luggage, call us at # 631 499-0048. We will then release your chauffeur from the holding area. Proceed to the upper level (departures level) exit the terminal and walk to the outer most curb.

Terminal “E” Southwest and all international arrivals
Exit the terminal at door number three (3). Cross the roadways to the designated limousine parking area.

ALL UNITED ARRIVALS – (United Airlines arrives at  more than one terminal)  After collecting your last piece of luggage call us at (631) 499-0048.  We will then  release the chauffeur from the holding area, and  provide instructions on where to meet the chauffeur.

Dallas Lovefield
Exit baggage claim, vehicle and chauffeur will be under the awning curbside

Denver International
Meet and greet passengers must exit gate area and take train to baggage terminal. Exit train and proceed up the escalator. Greeter will meet you at the top of the escalator and escort you to your waiting vehicle

Curbside: After exiting aircraft you must call AVSTAR 631 499-0048. Proceed to baggage claim exit door #506 or #511. Your chauffeur will be waiting at second curb

Houston Intercontinental
Inside at the limousine exit just beyond baggage claim

Houston Hobby
Curbside outside baggage claim.

Indianapolis
Bottom of escalator as you enter baggage claim area

Portland
Reserved vehicle #5 /use walkway and walk three lanes out from baggage claim driver will be standing outside car holding sign

Toronto
Outside of customs (Domestic arrivals will be met at baggage claim)

Quebec
Outside of customs (Domestic arrivals will be met at gate)

Baltimore
Walk out main doors curbside

Philadelphia 30th St. Station
Angel Statue 29th Street side

NY/Penn Station
Exit onto 31st Street. Walk across street to Cafe 31. Car will be waiting under Maroon awning (which reads Sport Bar), just west of 7th Ave.

Boston South Station
Walk out Summer St. Exit driver will meet you at curb
