We contract weather reports through Hometown Forecast services. If there’s any severe weather, we are able to get an up-to-date report in order to advise you of your options and adjust your schedule accordingly.

Your Chauffeur will display a personalized paging sign with your name.

Avstar chauffeurs routinely arrive at any pick up location (at a residence, office or airport) 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time. If driver has not arrived in this time frame, please call our office.

All major credit cards accepted. A direct billing account can be set up for your convenience by calling our office.

Advance notice is required for any change or cancellation in order to avoid possible additional charges.

Our operations staff monitors the exact arrival time of each and every commercial flight. You can be assured that your chauffeur will be waiting for you when you arrive. If this is a commercial flight, there will be no additional charge for the delay.

We will make every attempt to accommodate you.

All vehicles and employees are fully insured. If you have any questions about the extent of our insurance coverage for your corporate account, please call and we will be glad to provide you with the information you require.
