About The Founder, Deborah Werba
I have worked for several different companies learning the ins and outs of the transportation industry. My first taste of Aviation was working as a private flight attendant on a Gulfstream. After the aircraft was no longer in use, I had the opportunity to work for 2 more companies in the aviation/ground industry as a private flight attendant, scheduler, dispatcher and manager. In 1991, Avstar was conceived after realizing the necessity of ground transportation that executive clients required when traveling on business. I was able to combine air and ground transportation so executive clients could simplify their private jet and ground transportation in one simple call. Knowing I always wanted to start a company based upon honesty and integrity, Avstar came to light. At Avstar, our goal is to make sure our clients do not feel like just another number. We know it is about getting to know who our clients are and what they need. We do not have an automated system, so our clients will always speak with one of our staff. Since inception we take pride in knowing we will do whatever it takes to give our clients the service they demand.

RESERVATIONS
There is always an experienced professional available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week ready to assist our clients. No answering machine or automated system.
CANCELLATIONS
We know sometimes plans change. If they do, please call us at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time to cancel. All vehicles require 48 hour cancellation notice.

We use the latest technology, keeping our team connected and providing real time updates to itinerary changes.
COMMUNICATIONS
